KẾT QUẢ: KẾT LUẬN

Sự tiếp xúc của thanh long vàng với ethylene (ethephon) ngoại sinh làm tăng tốc độ chín, tạo ra các quá trình trao đổi chất làm giảm tuổi thọ sau thu hoạch. Việc ứng dụng 1-MCP đã kéo dài tuổi thọ của quả thanh long, làm chậm các tiến trình trao đổi chất trong sự phân hủy sắc tố và mất độ chắc quả, giảm tỷ lệ hô hấp và hàm lượng carotenoid.
